This busy professional’s office lacked any systems to manage incoming paper, files and work-in-progress.  The result was piles of paper everywhere that impacted his productivity.  He wanted a clear workspace, systems to help him keep track of upcoming deadlines and fast and easy filing.

Our Solution

We implemented a basket system to manage incoming work, current work and filing.  We created a tickler system to manage future actionable items and a filing system so he can easily find what he needs, when he needs it.

We also made the desk drawers more functional by sorting, decluttering and adding some containment.  The final touch was hanging some artwork.  Now it’s a comfortable and efficient workspace!
