Working with Heather was like a breath of fresh air. She was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I was the lucky recipient of a contest that won an organizing service with BirchTree Organizing. We chose to tackle my 5 year old daughter’s closet. Our goals were to create a system that would enable her to independently get dressed and ready for school as she had a baby brother on the way. Also, to make her feel special and love her space. Heather delivered on this and more!

We learned so many tips/tricks to organize and maintain her closet. It is now a year and a half later (sorry Heather for taking so long for this review!) but I can say that we have maintained the system Heather put in place – it has worked like a charm for my daughter! She independently picks out her outfits and can reach all the items in her closet. Everything is labelled and has defined spaces. It makes putting away the clothes a breeze! It has almost worked too well because now I can’t pick out any of my daughter’s outfits she wants to always independently dress herself now 😂.

We will 100% be hiring Heather in the future and am so looking forward to it!
